Be accurate
Keep your profile, service area, equipment, availability and insurance answer current. Do not claim qualifications, experience or coverage you do not have.

PROVIDER STANDARDS
Providers are independent service providers, not employees of Find Local Help. Approval lets a provider participate in the marketplace, but each provider remains responsible for the work they offer and perform.
Keep your profile, service area, equipment, availability and insurance answer current. Do not claim qualifications, experience or coverage you do not have.
State the customer total, applicable tax and what the price includes. Account for labour, travel, disposal, equipment and other agreed costs before the customer accepts.
Only accept work you can safely and legally perform. You are responsible for required insurance, licences, permits, disposal rules, vehicle requirements and trade-specific obligations.
MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS
HIGHER-RISK WORK
Providers should not accept regulated, hazardous or specialist work unless they are properly qualified and legally permitted to perform it. Examples can include electrical, gas, structural, asbestos, hazardous waste, certain tree work or other regulated activities.
Customers should ask for appropriate proof where the nature of the job makes qualifications or insurance important.
ENFORCEMENT
Find Local Help may pause, decline or remove provider access when information is misleading, a provider repeatedly fails to communicate, payment rules are bypassed, safety concerns arise, complaints suggest a meaningful risk, or the provider otherwise violates these standards or the Terms of Service.
Approval and continued access are not guarantees of job volume or customer selection.
Choose the services, equipment, coverage and availability that accurately describe what you can do.
